As the product life cycle of the second-generation version is coming to an end, Audi will bring a more powerful R8 V10 Performance RWD model this time, and launch two specifications of Coupé and Spyder. The engine delivers 562 hp and 550 Nm of torque, 30 hp and 10 Nm more than the previous-generation R8 RWD, 0 to 62 MPH in just 3.7 seconds for the Coupé, 3.8 seconds for the Spyder, and top speed respectively 204 MPH, 203 MPH.

The new R8 Performance RWD also comes with optional dynamic steering, 20-inch Cup tires, and 19-inch ceramic brakes. Inside, there’s a 12.3-inch center console, a leather multifunction steering wheel, optional bucket and sports seats in leather or Alcantara, an optional Bang & Olufsen audio system, or the R8 Performance design package. The car is produced at the Böllinger Höfe factory in Neckarsulm, Germany. The starting price in Germany is €149,000 for the Coupé and €162,000 for the Spyder. Pre-orders are expected to open on October 21, and interested readers may wish to pay more attention.
